Return

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must be intact.

Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item.

Please click on this link or email us at support@turmswear.com to return an item. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.

Also please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met. The product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Turms tag, checking for use and damage.

Exchanges

We have a 15 days’ exchange policy. The 15 days starts the day the product is delivered to you, based on the AWB tracking. 

Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

  1. The size didn't work for you
  2. You want a different colour
  3. You want a different design

*Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on custom items or imperfection sales.

We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed.

Please click on this link or email us at support@turmswear.com to exchange an item. When exchanging your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your exchange item.

Your exchange will be processed after we receive the item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

Also please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Or you can choose to have your refund amount as turms credits.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@turmswear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
