Are there any restrictions on the products that can be returned or exchanged?
The products should be unused, unwashed and with their tags intact. They should be present in their original packaging. Innerwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. A product exchanged once cannot be exchanged again or returned. If you have applied any promo code or discount code at the time of purchase, we only credit the refund amount in your Turms wallet (Turmscash) which can be redeemed in your next purchases.However, we process exchanges if the order fulfills our exchange policy.
How does the exchange/return process work?
Once you initiate an exchange or return request here, it will be queued up and our support team will get in touch with you. A pickup will be arranged, where the courier service provider will verify the products and their condition. If we are unable to find a courier partner which can pick the package up from your location, we request you to self-ship the product and email us the receipt at email@example.com. We reimburse self-shipping charges up to Rs. 120.
How long will the replacement product take to ship out?
The replacement product can take up to a week to ship out.
When will I receive my refund if I have returned my product?
Your refund process will be initiated as soon as we receive the product. Due to bank policies, the refund may take up to 4-7 business days to reflect in your account. Please check your bank statement for credits from BigPhi Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
