Terms and conditions:
• The rewards can be redeemed by the Referrer only 15 days after the completion of delivery of the Referee’s order (i.e when the return eligibility period of this order is over). • The rewards will remain at an inactive state in the Referrer’s account if:

After how many days of order is my referral considered successful?
After 15 days of delivery, the referral is considered successful, if your Referee’s order is not canceled/returned/exchanged.
What is the minimum price the Referee should make a purchase for, for the referral code to be applicable?
Referral code is applicable on orders above Rs 1400.
Do I have to be a customer to enter refer and win program?
You have to make an account and register your phone number to be eligible. You don't have to be a customer of Turms.
How can I track my referral progress?
After you have logged into your account. Click on the menu button and select Refer and Win. There you can track your referral progress by clicking on the referral history tab.
How can I claim my winning?
Login to your account. Click on the menu button and select Refer and Win. Go to your rewards section click on the claim on unlocked rewards.
